Faith Formation Opportunity
Looking for Small Group Leaders
The office of Faith Formation is planning to organize small group faith sharing opportunities for the Summer and we are looking for people to lead them. Group membership would number between 6-12 people ideally, and the six weekly sessions (or bi-weekly, depending on schedules of the group) could be held on the day/time/location of your choice. We will be using the resource, "Believe" from The Evangelical Catholic (published by The Word Among Us). If you are interested, call Sue O'Connell in the office, or email her at email@example.com.
Sojourner Truth House Walk
St. Teresa of Avila is participating in the 2017 Walk for Sojourner Truth House (STH) on June 10th. Sojourner Truth House is a day center for homeless and at-risk women and children. Our Team goal is to raise $4,000.00. You can help by making a donation, joining the team (you can join the team without making a donation or raising any money), getting others to make a donation, or creating your own team with your own goals.
