2017 Senior Seminar
The Senior Seminar is an information/discussion series on topics of interest to senior citizens. Dates and topics for the 2017 Seminar are:
May 3 – Seniors’ Resource Fair: What services, resources, programs, and facilities are available for seniors? - Multiple presenters
All sessions are from 10:00 a.m. – noon, ending with a light lunch. No registration is necessary. St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church is located at 1604 Lincolnway, Valparaiso, IN.
Sessions are held in Avila Hall.
The program is presented with the assistance of Dr. Cheryl Slack, professor of nursing at Valparaiso University.
Daniel Plan Update!
Congratulations to the participants who completed the first 6 weeks of the Daniel Plan! This healthier lifestyle program consists of 20 sessions that focus on four key areas of exercise: Faith, Food, Focus, and Friends. Great job to everyone!
